Learning to Live a Level 10 Life

Level 10 Life Graphic

It’s that time of year for me again, where I reflect on the previous year and if I achieved my goals or not.  Overall, I did a pretty good job since I only had 2 goals.  This year, I thought I’d try something different.  I’ve done a lot of reading and viewing of Level 10 Life and Wheel of Life Assessment bullet journal spreads over the past few months and decided to give it a whirl.  It really made me think about hard about 10 aspects of my own life:

  • Family
  • Personal Growth and Development
  • Health/Fitness
  • Finances
  • Career/Business
  • Physical Environment
  • Fun/Recreation
  • Significant Other/Romance
  • Contribution/Giving
  • Spirituality

I’ve decided to evaluate the entire 10 areas by doing a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), create a few SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time specific) goals for each area, and select the tools to help me achieve those goals.

Throughout the month of April, you’ll read different articles Level 10 Life strategies and receive worksheets so you can plan your own Level 10 Life.
